How can we ensure our library’s information is accurate on major business listing websites like Yelp, Google Maps, and others?  How can we manage our library’s presence to track reviews and promote the library as a destination to the community through these websites? This course will guide you through the process of updating and optimizing your library’s listings, ensuring your community can easily find and engage with your services.
