  • Manage social media ads.
  • Create a robust social media schedule utilizing the planner.
  • Manage your inbox using the automation feature.
  • And, examine the other tools in the Business Suite

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a better understanding of how Meta Business Suite can help them streamline their social media operations and achieve their social media goals.

Meta Business Suite is a powerful tool for businesses to manage their Facebook and Instagram presence. This workshop is designed to provide an introduction to the various components of Facebook Business Suite and their capabilities.

During this workshop, participants will be introduced to the following features:

  1. Page Management – This feature enables libraries to manage their Facebook and Instagram pages in one place. Participants will learn how to create and manage posts, schedule posts, and view page insights.
  2. Messaging – This feature allows libraries to communicate with their customers through Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct. Participants will learn how to set up and manage messaging, and how to use messaging to improve customer engagement.
  3. Ad Management – This feature allows libraries to create and manage Facebook and Instagram ads. Participants will learn how to create and manage ads, target audiences, and measure ad performance.
  4. Insights – This feature provides libraries with detailed analytics and insights on their Facebook and Instagram presence. Participants will learn how to use insights to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Participants will also learn best practices for using Facebook Business Suite to improve their social media presence and increase engagement with their customers.
