Description: AI is increasingly becoming part of our work, yet we often do not discuss its role or the impact on our work. What is the ROI (Return of Investment) on implementing AI? What does successful AI implementation look like? Are there parts of our work that should not be left to AI and if so, how do we advocate for our human value? This workshop explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming workplace dynamics and the importance of advocacy in libraries. Participants will learn about AI’s impact on library operations, strategies for adapting to these changes, and the role of advocacy in ensuring ethical and beneficial AI integration.
