FLW: Reimagining Canva as a Powerful Tool for Learners

October 4 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Description:
The most powerful learning experiences are those that truly engage and motivate the learner. When we create learning experiences that are relevant to a learner’s interests and experiences, we not only foster learning that “sticks”, we support development of their creativity and problem-solving skills. Attend this session to learn simple yet “outside the box” strategies for using Canva* to follow a learner’s lead and jumpstart learning.

After attending this session, attendees will be able to demonstrate how Canva (or similar open-ended design tools) can be used to tailor instruction on just about any content to each unique learner. It’s been a rough few years. Now is the perfect time to breathe new life and fun into our instructional practices! Attendees will receive access to a digital file containing slides and resource links.
